IREM Chapter 8 is a membership organization of IREM chapters and works to enhance their respective chapter by giving it a name, establishing policies and procedures, and establishing meetings. It also establishes chapters throughout the country as a network of like minded IREM members.
IREM Chapter 8 Executive Director is an elected position that is held by an individual who has served on the IREM Board of Directors for at least one year. The Executive Director is responsible for leading the Chapter and overseeing its activities. The Executive Director is also responsible for supervising the activities of the IREM Board of Directors and is responsible for the hiring, firing, and other decisions regarding the IREM staff.
IREM Chapter 8 Member IREM Members is also known as IREM chapters. IREM chapters are voluntary organizations that help IREM chapters build and sustain an active IREM chapter. IREM chapters help to build chapters throughout the country, and they help to coordinate IREM chapter activities. IREM chapters help to promote IREM membership by having special meetings, distributing newsletters, and hosting activities.
IREM Charter is an IREM constitution and by-laws that outline the purposes and duties of an IREM chapter. IREM Charter also contains the IREM Code of Ethics, which is the IREM official code of ethics. The IREM Charter outlines the process of obtaining a charter.
IREM Officers and Management The IREM Charter and IREM Constitution and IREM Code of Ethics are not legally binding documents and cannot be considered as a legal document, unless approved by IREM Board of Directors. Therefore, officers and management of an IREM chapter are considered to be advisory board-level individuals who are responsible for the day to day operations of the chapter, and they are expected to have significant input into the operation of the chapter.
IREM Board of Directors Each IREM chapter holds a Board of Directors meeting and there are currently no officers and management of the IREM chapter. There is usually a local officer or management that is responsible for the day to day operations of the IREM chapter and is responsible for meeting with the IREM Board of Directors.
IREM is an organization and it is recommended that if you are interested in joining the IREM and want to make IREM Designations is sure to attend the IREM meetings. IREM is not a church and anyone can become a member, however, they need to live by the code of ethics outlined in the IREM Charter.
