The founder of the Panjwani family is Pramod Panjwani. Pramod started his first business, called ‘Jivan Ka’, at the age of fourteen and worked on it for four years until he was fifteen. He has been operating at the Panjwan Family Franchise System since 1993 and he has served as the General Manager of the Panjwan Family Chain of Restaurants since that time.

The Panjwan Restaurant Group is responsible for franchising over one hundred and twenty franchised locations and they are located in cities such as Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, El Paso, Laredo, Corpus Christi, Waco, Odessa, Phoenix, Tucson, Albuquerque, and Salt Lake City. There are also a number of Panjwan Shopping Centers franchised locations in these same cities.
The Panjwan Shopping Center is responsible for franchising over sixty franchised locations across twenty-four states. There are a total of fourteen Shopping Centers in the Texas Panjwan Franchise Systems. The stores sell a variety of foods and beverages and include; Galt’s Gulch Steak House, Chili’s, Laredo Taco, Chili’s Texas Grill, Church’s Kitchen, Hooters, and Pecan Lodge among others. There are also stores in the North Carolina Panjwan Franchises which is located in Charlotte, Hendersonville, Raleigh, Pineville, Wilmington, Fayetteville, Pine Knob, and Winston-Salem. NC. The Panjwan Shopping Center is also the largest franchisor in the State of Oklahoma.
The Panjwan Group also franchises locations in Virginia, Maryland, D.C. and Puerto Rico. The company is also responsible for opening two international Panjwan Mall outlets located in Kuwait City, Kuwait and Taipei, Taiwan. There are also other franchise outlets operating in the United Kingdom and other parts of the world.
